What We Collect

SnapFlip collects only what's necessary to provide the service:

• Photos you take — stored locally on your device. Sent to our AI server for analysis, then deleted from the server after processing.
• eBay account connection — OAuth tokens stored securely in your device's Keychain. We never see your eBay password.
• Inventory data — item details, prices, profit data stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData.
• Email address — only if you join the waitlist. Used solely for launch notifications.

What We Don't Collect

• We don't track your location
• We don't sell your data to third parties
• We don't use advertising trackers
• We don't store your photos permanently

AI Processing

When you use the AI listing feature, your item photos are sent to our server (hosted in the US) for processing via Google Gemini. Photos are processed in real-time and are not stored after the response is generated.

eBay Integration

SnapFlip connects to eBay via their official API. Your eBay OAuth tokens are stored in your device's iOS Keychain (encrypted by Apple). We access your eBay seller account only to create listings, upload photos, and manage orders as you direct.

Data Storage

All inventory data, profit calculations, and item photos are stored locally on your device. Nothing is synced to our servers unless you explicitly use AI features or post to eBay.
